NORMAL SERVICE

The free diagnosis will be emitted in an approximate time limit at 72 hours.

We will communicate of verbal form to the client the result of itself. In case of getting a positive diagnosis, that means the information can be recovered; the device enters in laboratory, the recovery ends up between 5 and 10 work days. In case of a negative diagnosis we will proceed to return the device.
The diagnosis is valid for all the cases, except in RAID structures, in on-writing of data and in urgency services.

SERVICIO URGENTE

La recuperación se realiza en el menor tiempo posible, se asignará un experto en recuperación de datos a disposición del cliente, de esta manera se aceleran los tiempos de diagnóstico, elaboración de presupuesto y la recuperación de datos.
La recuperación finaliza entre 24 y 36 horas. No se aplica el diagnóstico gratuito para ningún trabajo tipificado como urgente.

URGENT SERVICE

The recovery is carried out in the smallest possible time; an expert in data recovery at the disposal of the client will be assigned, in this way the diagnosis time, the budget elaboration and the data recovery are accelerated.

The recovery ends between 24 and 36 hours. The free diagnosis is not applied for any work characterized as urgent.

COMMON CHARACTERISTICS TO THE SERVICES

• The device evaluation will be delivered in an approximate term of 72 hours from the reception of the device.
• The different services are characterized for the priority that is given to the work.
• The terms are approximate being able to be altered in function of the intrinsic characteristics at work.
• The overturned and the subsequent delivery of the data will be carried out in DVD´s as long as the information to recover is lower to 20 Gb. If it is of a greater size the data in another disk of similar characteristics will be overturned, that the client should provide.
