Not, the diagnosis is completely free and without commitment. Only you should be in charge of the costs of the device sending, in case of not being interested in the data recovery.

How do I send my device?

Do not try to restart the machine neither to reinstall the operating system, it could aggravate the problem.

   

The disk emits a strange noise. What should I do?

Turn off the machine immediately and do not try to restart or to manipulate it. Probably your disk is damaged and suffers a physical fail.
   

The hard disk has been damaged for a fire, is there a possibility to recover the data?

 

The possibility to extract the information exists, just like the hard disks damaged in a flood, although the processes that should apply are of great complexity.

   

Do the hard disks are repaired?

 

Not, our business is dedicated to the data recovery of different backups, but not to the repair of them. Our work is to overturn the information of a backup damaged to another so that the client can obtain again the lost information.

   

Why a clean camera to examine the hard disks?
